Do I have to drill? I'm renting and can't damage the walls.
No drilling, no tools, no screws. The 3M super-strong adhesive pads in the box go onto painted plaster, wallpaper, tile, brick, concrete or wood, and they come off cleanly when you move. Your deposit stays where it is.
Are bulbs included?

The fitting is a standard E27 — the usual large screw fitting — so the day a bulb reaches the end of its life, you replace a bulb, not the light.
