Does RYDA have a physical store where I can see and buy your products?

No, RYDA is an online-only store. We no longer have a physical shop.


All our transactions and product browsing take place directly on our website. This allows us to offer a wide range of products and update them regularly.

How can I track my order?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email.

This email will provide a summary of your order along with your order number. To track your order, please follow these steps:

🔹 Step 2: Locate the tracking number sent to you in the confirmation email. Be careful not to use the number starting with "RY-" as that is your order number.

🔹 Step 3: Enter the tracking number into the search bar provided, then click "search" to check the status of your order.

🔹 Step 4: For our UK customers, you can also track your parcel directly on the Royal Mail website at: https://www.royalmail.com/.

Exchanges & Returns

What is our exchange and return policy?

🔄 Exchanges & Returns: You have 14 days after receiving your order to request an exchange.

💸 Promo code: If you have a code, enter it in the designated field and click “Apply”.

🔄 Verification: Double-check everything—product, quantity, colour, size.

📨 Shipping method: Choose the delivery option that suits you, then click “Continue”.

💳 Payment details: Enter your payment information, then select your billing address.

Where do I apply the discount code?

1️⃣ Codes are case-sensitive, so pay attention to capital letters, lowercase letters, and spaces.

2️⃣ Only one code can be applied per purchase.
